As we near the end of the school year and look to the next one we need to think about the Payments for Hawaii.
Most people have now made two payments of $500 ( including the deposit)
We need to receive one more payment before the beginning of the next school year ( end of January)
So as of Feb 2014 you should have all paid $1500 of the $3150 total.
For future payments internet banking is often the easiest – the school bank account is also on the blog just make sure that you put the students name as the reference and Hawaii2014 in another of the reference fields.
I have paid a large deposit to the bus company and Accommodation as well as our deposit to Hawaiian airlines.

On the itinerary is an amount given out for dinner money each night. I hold on to this and give it out each night before we go out for dinner.
The locations may change depending on availability but at the moment that is the eating plan.
Students can bring over their own breakfast cereals and muesli bars etc and have breakfast in their room before our daily morning meetings.
Or they can go to the supermarket on the first day ( they will find it during the amazing race we do ) and buy some American cereals ( lucky charms are my favourites ) .

Tour of the Island incl diamond head(6hrs) 8am – 4pm
Trolley to the AlaMoanaCenter for Dinner ($10ea)
Friday 11th July
Waikele Factory Shops pick up at 9:00am return at 1 or 4
Dinner and Hula show at royal Hawaiian ($20)
Saturday 12th July
Visit to PearlHarbour and the Flea Markets – 8am pickup
Hula Show on The Beach
Dinner at Cheeseburger in Paradise ($20)
Sunday 13th July
Volcano Day – Fly to the BigIsland pick up at 8am return at 9:30pm (extra cost)
Or – 9am VIP tour of Honolulu and then Aquarium
Free Choice Dinner ($20 ea )
Monday 14th July
Snorkelling at Hanauma Bay – 10am pickup, 2pm return by public Bus
Dinner at the Royal Hawaiian. ($20)
Tuesday 15th July
Wet n Wild Hawaii water park – 9:30am pickup and 4pm return pickup
5pm Sunset photos on the beach
Dinner at Hard Rock Café ($30)
Wednesday 16th July
1400 Depart Hawaii
($XX – dinner money handed out that night)
