Aloha everyone,

As we near the end of the school year and look to the next one we need to think about the Payments for Hawaii.

Most people have now made two payments of $500 ( including the deposit)

We need to receive one more payment before the beginning of the next school year ( end of January)

So as of Feb 2014 you should have all paid $1500 of the $3150 total.

For future payments internet banking is often the easiest – the school bank account is on the blog just make sure that you put the students name as the reference and Hawaii2014 in another of the reference fields.

I have paid a large deposit to the Bus company and Accommodation as well as our deposit to Hawaiian airlines.

On the itinerary is an amount given out for dinner money each night. I hold on to this and give it out each night before we go out for dinner.

The locations may change depending on availability but at the moment that is the eating plan.

Students can bring over their own breakfast cereals and muesli bars etc. and have breakfast in their room before our daily morning meetings.

Or they can go to the supermarket on the first day ( they will find it during the amazing race we do ) and buy some American cereals ( lucky charms are my favourites ) .
